Tax Filing Deadline has been changed from April 15th to July 15th.
Important COVID Announcement: We are so glad you visited our website. The COVID-19 Plague has caused all of us to change our normal. First of all, we want you to know that we are praying for you. We meet every business day at 12 noon to pray together on Zoom for our clients, one another and our business. The President has changed the tax filing deadline from April 15th to July 15th. That means that you do not have to file or pay any owed taxes until July 15th and there is no extension or anything required of you. We are following the “Shelter in Place” mandate by Dallas County and are working from home. The good news is that we are fully able to complete your tax return, answer your questions, and provide excellent service in a virtual format. We have electronic signature, virtual credit card invoicing, and Zoom to have face to face video chats as necessary.
Our Process adjusted for COVID-19: We have always provided a very personal tax return experience whereby we interview you face to face and typically complete your return all in one stop. We want to do our best to offer you this same process that we have been offering for 40 years. Please call us and we will offer you one of several options that is best for you which are 1) Schedule a face to face onsite meeting with one of our tax preparers for May, June, or early July; 2) Schedule a Zoom (face to face video meeting) for May, June, or early July, or 3) Assign you a tax preparer whereby you can send in your tax documents and we will get to your tax return in the order that we have received it. Your preparer will reach out to you when they are able to complete your return.
Rest Assured, we will be able to complete all of our clients returns timely and with the same excellent quality as you have experienced for many decades. Actually, because we have an extra 90 days this year, we will be able to serve more customers than we ever have! We appreciate your patience with us as we serve you during these challenging times.
